Is the assessment REALLY free? Am I locked in?

Firstly, the assessment really is FREE! Secondly, NO, you are NOT obligated to sign up for anything! We have no obligations, no lock-in contracts and no stress with this assessment. The assessment session is your chance to get a feel of our environment and make a plan for success. We get the pleasure of meeting you and your child, no hidden fees!

Do you have teachers?

Yes, we do employ teachers but their hourly rate is MUCH higher and we would have to charge a MUCH higher amount. Our solution to that is to have our teachers assist in the design and review of ALL programs, whilst having our fully-trained tutors administer the lesson. All lessons are aligned with national curriculum standards. Our tutors come with years of experience or even training to be a teacher themselves. This is how we have provided the best service in Penrith for 10 years at a rate REAL FAMILIES CAN AFFORD.

We can offer a teacher at an increased rate.

Do you provide make-up lessons?

We know that life throws you curveballs, so we’re here for you! For that reason, we DO offer make-up lessons if you cancel BEFORE 10 AM on the day of your lesson. Make-up lessons are valid for up to 45 days after the credit has been given.

Do you offer online lessons?

YES! We offer remote lessons AUSTRALIAN-WIDE! FYI: Our online lessons have been JUST as beneficial as face-to-face sessions. Our face-to-face lessons are also available in St Marys.

Am I contracted in for the year?

No! We know life changes so we work on a term-by-term basis (10 weeks usually) for some programs and a week-to-week basis for others.

What about COVID?

We have a very strict COVID-19 safety plan in alignment with NSW and Australian Health Government Standards. We will ALWAYS implement every single practice to keep our staff and students safe. We also offer remote lessons if that feels more comfortable for your family.
